The best dancers I know are still taking class.
This page is for the longer version: a letter to your students, your teaching philosophy, or what a first class with you looks like. Write it the way you'd say it to a nervous new student at the door.
Keep paragraphs short. One idea each. If a sentence sounds like a brochure, cut it.
What to expect
Every class starts with a warm-up and ends with a combination. You'll learn it in pieces, then put it together, then do it to music at full speed. Nobody gets left behind and nobody gets bored.
What I ask
Show up, wear shoes you can move in, and try the step even if it looks hard. Especially if it looks hard.
See you on the floor,
